We came across a video of this company by chance on YouTube. I wrote an email, and the next day I was contacted on WhatsApp by Olga, a company representative. Throughout our communication, she helped me, answered all my questions, and eased my concerns.
When we arrived at Antalya Airport, we were met and the company organized the transfer exactly as promised. During my entire stay in the hospital, Olga checked on my condition and how my recovery was progressing. With her medical background, she also gave recommendations. She supported me as an interpreter in the hospital, calmed me, and offered constant reassurance.
The transfer from the hospital to the hotel was also organized by her. I truly liked Olga both as a company employee and as a caring person who is genuinely concerned about your situation. I am very grateful to Olga for every stage of my journey.

She answered all my questions, gradually dispelling all my doubts. She arranged an online meeting with my future attending physician. She supported me every step of the way. The transfer was organized efficiently, and there were no problems. She helped with translation from Turkish to Russian and vice versa. While I was in the hospital, she inquired about my health and well-being. I really liked her as an employee of this company and as a person who cares about your problem.
