We stumbled across this company's video on YouTube by chance. I emailed them, and the next day they called me on WhatsApp—it was Olga. She answered all my questions, gradually dispelling all my doubts. She arranged an online meeting with my future attending physician. She supported me every step of the way. The transfer was organized efficiently, and there were no problems. She helped with translation from Turkish to Russian and vice versa. While I was in the hospital, she inquired about my health and well-being. I really liked her as an employee of this company and as a person who cares about your problem.
