I had both dental work and a hair transplant done, and with the many questions I had about pricing, doctors, and procedures, she was always patient, quick to respond, and incredibly kind/helpful.
She handled everything for me: booked my transfers, recommended great hotels, and connected me with some of the best doctors and dentists. Both the medical teams were outstanding, and my stay was so comfortable thanks to her organization.
I truly felt taken care of every step of the way, and I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future. Highly recommend :)) 10 stars!

I was looking for a MRI scan in Istanbul because I wanted to check my health and make sure everything is fine. That's how I came across the company "Healthy Türkiye". From the very first moment, Ilayda was super friendly and helpful and answered my numerous questions competent and quickly via Whatsapp. She found me a great offer at a good clinic with a translator. They also organized a nice and affordable accommodation for me right next to the clinic. Once I arrived at the hospital, I was given friendly and helpful assistance and a translator was with me the whole time to help with any questions I might have. A few days later, I received the results as a PDF document, and a few weeks after I was also able to talk to a specialist about my findings (Whatsapp Video, with translator). All in all, it was a thoroughly satisfactory experience and I would contact Healthy Türkiye again at any time should I decide to undergo another medical examination!

We flew out in 4-days after everything was confirmed. Everything went so smoothly and the service and expectations were top notch! They answered all the questions we had and Medical Park was professional throughout the process. We highly recommend Medical Park! The process, staff, etc. was the best.

During the entire period until January 2025, I corresponded with the clinic consultant Byushra, who told me about the clinic, about Dr. Gok and the procedures I was interested in. I decided to do a facelift and full blepharoplasty. All the medical staff of the clinic are very responsive and professional medical workers. Only three weeks have passed since the operation, I will tell you about the result later, but now I want to tell you about a wonderful consultant named Byushra. This girl supported me very much throughout our communication with her, despite the fact that she does not speak Russian. She answered me in correspondence in my native language, which really supported me. I want to say to everyone who was with me for a week in the hospital, who led me from the moment I came to see Dr. Gok until I was discharged. I thank the entire staff, consultant Byushra and Irina. These girls are on communication all the time, even now, when I am already home. For all questions that arise during rehabilitation, I can calmly contact Byushra and Irina.
