Coming into the Hospital
Hospital Stay and Care
We understand that you may feel nervous about visiting the hospital for medical issues. Our assistants understand how you feel and will gladly answer any of your queries. You can anticipate that your appointment will occur shortly after your hospitalization and this will depend on any preliminary exams that may be necessary.
Our doctors and healthcare team will always be with you.
Your consultant will keep you informed about the timeline of your treatment and provide you with all pertinent information before and after the process. Medical information is strictly confidential and will not be shared without your consent. However, the doctor or your designated nurse will provide relatives who inquire with a general assessment of your condition.
Hospital Care and Dedicated Consultants
During your hospital stay, a designated nurse or midwife will coordinate your care. When your designated nurse is absent, another nurse will assume their responsibilities. Please approach them with any inquiries. You will be admitted under the supervision of a designated consultant. Most of the time, you will have met your consultant at the clinic, where you might also have undergone an examination by other medical professionals. Your consultant and their medical staff will take care of you during your hospital stay.
Collaboration with Medical Consultants for Personalized Care
Healthy Turkiye is part of a large consulting trust, which means that in addition to actively participating in research programs, we collaborate with medically trained consultants and other allied healthcare professionals. Medical consultants may accompany doctors during your care; however, we understand that you may desire to speak privately with your physician. Please inform us if this is the case, and your preferences will be honored. This will have no effect on the treatment you are receiving.
